Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions become part of a specific contract at the moment both contracting parties express their consent to them. Their essence lies in determining the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties through rules that are not contained in the text of the contract itself, but where the parties express a mutual will in the contract to be governed by them.
